Get face-to-face care for non-life-threatening medical symptoms right away! Tryon Virtual Urgent Care is available Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST. You must be an established Tryon Medical Partners patient to use Virtual Urgent Care.

For established adult patients of Tryon Medical Partners, we offer Virtual Urgent Care, an online same-day virtual visit with one of our primary care clinicians, through your computer, tablet, or smartphone

When To Use Virtual Urgent Care

Most people have visited an urgent care clinic, whether for a sudden, minor illness or injury. Virtual Urgent Care works the same way.

Virtual Urgent Care is best used for injuries and illnesses that are minor and not considered to be life-threatening.

Conditions treated during a Virtual Urgent Care visit

  • Cold, upper respiratory infection, or COVID-19 symptoms
  • Fever
  • Minor skin irritations like rashes or lice
  • Pink eye
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sinus infections
  • Sore throats
  • Upset stomach, including constipation and diarrhea
  • Urinary tract infections

Before you schedule your same-day Virtual Urgent Care appointment, please note

  1. You must be an established patient aged 18 or older.
  2. You must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of your visit. Patients in South Carolina will not be able to access this service, so please call our offices directly instead.
  3. Ensure you have a strong internet connection.
  4. Be in a stationary place — certainly not while driving or walking!
  5. Review our Telemedicine and Virtual Visits Patient Authorization and Consent Form. You will be asked to mark a box providing consent on our virtual visit platform.

When scheduling your appointment, be sure to toggle to the “Virtual Visit” section on the opening screen to see availability.
